Tour Code : Th 084 - Rice fields and waterfall - Day Trip

Our tour guide and driver met up at your hotel then transferred to Lao Chai village, a Black Hmong ethnic minority village. You will then be able to walk from Lao Chai to Tavan village where the Giay ethnic minority hill tribe lives. Here you will be able to rest and enjoy a delicious lunch prepared by your guide in a local house.
After lunch the walk continues through a bamboo forest to Giang Ta Chai, a Red Dao ethnic minority village. After taking a rest nearby a waterfall to refresh, you start climbing uphill to a road where the car is ready for your journey back to Sapa.

Approx:1-hour driving/ 4 hours walking/ 1-hour lunch.

Tour Code : TH 085 - Red Dao village to Primeval Forest - Day Tour

Our tour guide and driver meet you at Lao cai Train Station. After around 20 minutes, you will arrive to Taphin, a Red Dao ethnic minority hill tribe village, where the trek begins. After a short walk through Taphin village to understand their daily life and tradition, you will turn into a small dirt road for trekking to Phin Ho village, while heading to this village you will have the opportunity to see the villagers working on the paddy fields and their animals, such as: chickens, water - buffaloes and pot - bellied pigs, you also can see the stunning views of the surrounding mountains and the lush forests belonging to Hoang Lien mountain range. You will reach to Phin Ho village after 3 hours trek and having lunch here. Remember to load full energy for the afternoon as the road will be more harder. After lunch, following the dirt, rocky road you will trek through the primeval forest on the mountain to O Quy Ho. On the way, you also can see the panoramic view of Ban Khoang village and the farm for feeding salmon down the valley. You will meet your driver again after 3 hours trek for the trip back to Sapa.
Approx: 1-hour driving/ 6 hours walking/ 1-hour lunch.
Note: Hard trek and not recommended in rainy weather.
